Step Falls

We packed up our stuff from the Mountain Chalet on Saturday to begin the journey from the mountains to the coast to meet up with the family in New Harbor. We took our time to extend our last day in the mountains and to break up the long drive across the state. We found an amazing trail on Nature Conservancy land that led us through a pine forest to a fabulous waterfall, Step Falls. The kids were so excited that they ran almost the whole way up the trail!
